Seth Rogan’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated film has gotten an official title and a premiere date.

The new CG film is called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem will be release exactly one year from yesterday on August 4th, 2023. That’s 364 more days of waiting for you keep count.

The film will be directed by Jeff Row and is being produced by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, who are also producers on the hit show, The Boys.

Mutant Mayhem is also set to be written by Brendan O’Brien, who we’re pretty sure is NOT the guy who voiced the original Crash Bandicoot, but the truth is, we’re not completely sure.

Work on Mutant Mayhem is set to be a cooperative production between Nickelodeon Animation Studio, Paramount Animation, and Point Grey Pictures.

The most recent entry for the franchise is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge, which has been available since June 2022 across Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4 and on Xbox Game Pass. In case you missed it, you can check out our review for the game here – we highly recommend the game!
