Recently Logitech made a surprise announcement for a partnership with Tencent Games to produce a device for cloud gaming – and now it seems that device has been leaked.

Not much information was given at the time outside of the working title “Logitech G Gaming Handheld”. Along with the fact it would support Xbox Cloud Gaming and NVIDIA GeForce NOW.

Twitter user Evan Blass posted leaked images of the upcoming handheld device. Note that the images that were posted on the tweet have since been taken down as a result of copyright – though images of this have now been shared all over the internet.

In description of these images, it appears this new device will resemble closer to that of a Nintendo Switch Lite or Ayaneo Air, sporting a smaller design than the Steam Deck. The images show a white device and its unknown if this is the only color variation.

Another image showing the back of the handheld device reveals other features such as the volume slider and what some have believed to be a fingerprint sensor. The latter could also be a card reader for those looking for expandable storage.

After the images were leaked, more information came out regarding the Logitech G Gaming Handheld’s technical specs. According to a SEC filing, it supposedly will come with a Snapdragon 720G processor, 4GB of RAM, a 6,000mAh battery, and a 1080p screen.

The Snapdragon 720G is a pretty old processor in hardware terms, given its initial launch back in 2020. But considering this device is both supposed to be a budget offering as well as be primary used for cloud gaming, it does make sense.

It remains to be seen when this device will be officially announced or even what its price point will be. Given the leaked images appear to be that of promotional content, it could be possible we’ll be seeing Logitech announce it during IFA 2022, which begins September 2nd.
